Unit 1: Origins of the African Diaspora will take place on alternate Tuesday nights starting on September 12th and ending on October 24th. During the four sessions, we will look over the readings, maps, and other sources available through the College Board website. These first four sessions will only cover Unit 1. We will also take a look at the objectives of the course and the essential knowledge the course requires of students. Participation is free, but registration is necessary so you can receive materials for each discussion.
Discussions will be held at Bookish – 63 South 63rd St. | Fort Smith, AR
*Note – Future sessions may include fees for materials.
